Paul leads the firm's technology function on an independent advisory basis — owning IT strategy, systems, security and the digital experience our clients meet.
Professional Experience
Paul brings over 15 years across finance and technology. He began his career in audit and accounting practice, traded soybean derivatives on the Chicago Board of Trade, and led the finance function of a Kenyan fintech before moving fully into software.
For the last eight years he has designed and shipped production systems for businesses across East Africa — payments, payroll, fundraising and operations platforms that handle real money and real users. That rare combination of accounting training and engineering practice is what he brings to the firm: he understands the ledger as well as the code that keeps it.
